Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in everything we create, and we know how disappointing it can be when something does not arrive the way it should. I your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. No questions, no runaround.

To request a replacement or refund please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once we have reviewed your request we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
